At NDTSquare, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in how we handle your data. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard the information related to your NDT operations.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Data: Your email address and any other information you voluntarily provide when creating or updating your account.
  • User-Entered Data: All records you create within the application, including but not limited to, equipment details, consumable logs, RT source information, and certificate data.
  • Subscription Data: Information related to your subscription plan, such as your current tier and billing cycle. All payment information is securely handled by our third-party payment processor and is not stored on our servers.
  • Usage Data: Anonymized logs and analytics on how you interact with the app, which helps us improve our services, identify bugs, and enhance performance.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our services, such as tracking your inventory, sending you reminders, and calculating data like isotope activity.
  • To manage your subscription and notify you about account-related activity.
  • For technical support, analytics, and system performance monitoring.
  • We will never sell or share your operational data (e.g., your inventory items, certificates) with third-party advertisers.

3. Data Storage & Security

  • All user data is securely stored on Google Cloud infrastructure, benefiting from its robust security measures.
  • Access to your data is protected by strong security rules to ensure it is only accessible by authorized users on your account.

4. User Rights & Data Portability

  • You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time through the application.
  • All users, regardless of their plan, can export their inventory data (e.g., Equipment, Certificates) as a CSV file from the respective pages. All users may also request an export of their core account data from the settings panel, subject to a cooldown period to ensure system stability.
  • You can permanently delete your entire account and all associated data from the settings panel. This action is irreversible.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve performance, analyze usage, and enhance your experience on NDTSquare. These may include third-party tools provided by Google, such as analytics and performance insights. These tools may collect non-personal data like browser type, device, country, and app interaction patterns.

You have the option to accept or reject non-essential cookies via our consent banner. If rejected, tracking and analytics will be disabled. You can change your preferences anytime through your account settings.

6. International Users

  • If you are accessing NDTSquare from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States in accordance with applicable local and international data protection laws.
  • We strive to be compliant with GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and other relevant data laws.

We may revise this policy to reflect updates in our practices or legal obligations. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
