NDTSquare Terms of Service

Welcome to NDTSquare. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NDTSquare platform, including all associated software, features, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using NDTSquare, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You agree to provide accurate and current information, including a valid email address, when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. NDTSquare is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use.

2. Subscription and Payment

  • NDTSquare offers a Free plan with limited features and several paid subscription plans ("Small Ops," "Mid Ops," "Large Ops"), each with different usage limits and features as described on our Pricing page.
  • By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring billing for the applicable monthly or annual fees.
  • If payment fails or a subscription is canceled, your account access may be restricted or terminated. We reserve the right to delete data from accounts that are delinquent or inactive in accordance with our data retention policies.

3. Refund Policy

  • All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor (Merchant of Record), which handles all billing and tax collection.
  • Refund requests are subject to the terms and conditions of our payment processor. As a general policy, NDTSquare does not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods or for unused time if you cancel before the end of your billing cycle.
  • If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact our support team at support@ndtsquare.com within 30 days of the charge.

4. Your Data and Responsibilities

  • You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the NDTSquare service.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you provide.
  • You agree not to enter any information that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All platform content, including branding, trademarks, software code, and interface design, is the intellectual property of NDTSquare or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.

6. Data and Privacy

  • Your data is securely stored using secure Google infrastructure, with encryption in transit and at rest.
  • We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other global data protection laws.

7. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or any misuse of the Service.
  • Upon termination, your access to the platform will be disabled, and we may delete your content unless otherwise required by law or contract.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy, or error-free performance.
  • You use the Service at your own risk, and NDTSquare disclaims all warranties including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, NDTSquare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including business interruption, data loss, or reputational harm, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Our total liability in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to NDTSquare in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business operations.
  • We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
